Our COVID-19 Contingency Plan

This page has been created to inform you of the plans we have in place to ensure service continuity during the coronavirus outbreak. This page will be updated as and when the situation changes.

Following the government advice yesterday we will be imposing a work-from-home policy from 5:30pm this evening.

We do not anticipate any interruption in BrightCloud services.

BrightCloud have been helping businesses with remote working solutions for over 20 years, so we are fortunate that we can easily transition to a fully remote workforce. This makes us confident in our ability to continue providing great service to you and conducting business normally.

That means that BrightCloud support will remain available from 08:30 to 17:30 GMT, Monday through Friday by sending an email to spoc@bright-cloud.net or by calling 0370 770 4548. You will also be able to contact individual staff members on their usual number.

Our leadership team have also been in discussions with our key suppliers, including our Data Centre locations, to ensure that their services continue without interruption.
